RIA Novosti informs about it with reference to the office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Tatyana Golikova.

"The government is working on the instructions of the President of Russia, given in the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, on the vaccination of foreign citizens against COVID-19," the message says.

It is noted that "first of all, the issues of vaccination of labor migrants and foreign citizens who are already in the country will be considered."

Earlier, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) Kirill Dmitriev said on the sidelines of the SPIEF that the fund was negotiating with key Russian departments to organize vaccine tourism in Russia.

Russian leader Vladimir Putin, speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, asked the government to work out the issue of paid vaccination against COVID-19 for foreigners in Russia.
