Hamdan began his training on prosthetics from 6 months ago at the Military Medical City Hospital, after purchasing them from Germany at the expense of King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein of Jordan, who took care of his treatment and the installation of limbs for him.

Little by little, young Saleh Hamdan returns to his normal life.

Where the parties help him in eating, moving, writing and studying, so that he is holding the pen easily and easily, in addition to his personal hygiene, the use of the phone and the computer and the exercises he receives for fitness.

Hamdan was subjected to a kidnapping incident by a group of criminals, where they cut off his hands and put out his right eye, and after their heinous act, they left him to bleed in one of the deserted areas, until he was found and rescued.

Hamdan says - to Al Jazeera Net - "Before the incident, I used to return home from school, rest a little, and then go to work in a bakery or grocery store to contribute to the support of my family, but the incident changed the course of my life."

Saleh - who travels with his friends, visits relatives and wanders in the commercial markets - says, "Passers of the market and malls stop me, take souvenir photos with me, and ask me about my condition."

During his travels, Saleh is not afraid of dangerous criminals, describing the ruling issued by the Jordanian judiciary on the criminals who have harmed him as "joyful and just, for they received their punishment by death sentence, because such criminals cause fear and anxiety for society."

The Military State Security Court in Jordan sentenced to death by hanging 6 of the perpetrators of the crime against Saleh, one of whom is a fugitive from justice, and sentenced 2 of the defendants to imprisonment, one of whom is 10 years and the other to 15 years, and 7 of the accused were acquitted.

The court assigned the defendants 9 charges, including terrorism, intimidating society, forming an evil gang, indecent assault, criminal kidnapping, causing permanent disability, possession of an unlicensed firearm, resisting public security forces, and attempted murder.

The prosthetic limbs are connected with Saleh's arm with precise sensors that pick up nerve signals and the movement of the muscles of the arms to move the fingers and palm. "During the exercises, I mastered 6 movements, out of 14 main movements made by the limbs," Saleh said.

And he continues, "I train daily on new movements, after I received the limbs during the last month of Ramadan, and I am working to develop my skills with them, and out of my sense of responsibility towards my community, which sympathized with me in my case; I began publishing educational videos - on social media - to learn the mechanism of using the limbs, their movements and exercises. Necessary and necessary for its use, the method of charging it and how to wear it and handle it smoothly and easily.

Saleh is also keen to publish educational videos for those who have lost their limbs on how to coexist, accept the new reality and facilitate the practice of their daily life.
