The

Moroccan

government

excluded Spanish ports from the sea crossings that this summer will connect the country with

Europe,

which in fact amounts to a suspension of the

operation Paso del Estrecho (OPE),

known in Morocco as

Operation Marhaba.

A government statement issued on Sunday afternoon specified that the return of Moroccan emigrants will be made exclusively "from the same transit ports as last year", that is, with ships from the French ports of

Marseille

and

Sète,

in addition to the Italian from

Genoa.
