Preparation began about ten days ago, Jeannera said.

“A special group has been created at the Geneva airport, it meets daily to take into account all the elements related to the summit.

Contacts have been established with both sides, ”the airport spokesman said.

Talks between Putin and Biden in Geneva are scheduled for June 16.

The Kremlin does not expect the sides to come to an understanding on issues of deep disagreement as a result of the meeting.

The Swiss authorities admitted that the airspace over Geneva may be closed to civil aviation during the meeting of the presidents.
