personnel who were summoned and investigated by the Joint Investigation Division of the Ministry of National Defense yesterday and today are military police investigators and officers belonging to the 20th Fighter Wing in Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do.

A military investigation official said in a phone call with SBS, "Military police investigators suspected of poorly conducting the initial investigation into sexual harassment cases and executives suspected of persuading or neglecting Sergeant A were summoned."

It was confirmed that the investigation into them was carried out by sex crime investigators belonging to the Ministry of National Defense Investigation Headquarters, who were all dispatched to the 20th Fighter Wing.

The investigation team investigated the details of the delay in investigating the perpetrator Jang Mo in two weeks after the first report of the sexual harassment case against the military police investigators, and whether the investigation and handling process of the black box of the vehicle in which the sexual harassment occurred was appropriate.

It is known that the 20th Wing executives, including Sergeant Noh Mo and Lieutenant Noh Mo, who were dismissed from their positions on the 3rd, focused on the allegations of conciliation and neglect.

In addition, dozens of sexual grievance counseling sessions with Sergeant A have been effective, and the Air Force Headquarters Gender Equality Center is also checking to see if they received a report on the counseling and managed the situation properly.

[Air Force Headquarters Gender Equality Center Official: We did our best to protect victims and provide counseling... . (But why didn't I understand the seriousness of the case?) I'm so sorry. If you ask in writing... .] The

investigation team is also reviewing a direct investigation into former Air Force Chief of Staff Lee Seong-yong, who retired on the 4th, in order to find out whether the 20th Wing report and the Air Force Headquarters measures were justified.
