He invests in competing in dB drag racing, a sport where the one who gets the loudest sound inside the car wins.

In international competitions, there are those who have reached over 170 dB.

Nils Nygaard would like to see such a competition in Arvika.

Maybe it would have even contributed to lower sound volumes in the city at night, he thinks.

- I think we would have reduced the noise much more, because more people would have had a place to show their sound, instead of going around the street and tormenting the rest of the population.

Had we had dB drag racing, we would have had a time of day where everyone could live with it, he says.

Nils took us to an uninhabited place to show what the sound system is for.

Even though he did not play at absolute max, a security question was in place: "You have no heart problem, do you?".
