The two leaders agreed that the project "is important and positive": it will be open to all coalition groups that support Mario Draghi. No annexation, both Salvini and Berlusconi clarified: all the protagonists will have equal dignity. The news of the new rapprochement between the two was given by the League.



After the proposal of the Federation of the center-right, during the day Matteo Salvini relaunches the birth of the center-right groups in government, united in Parliament. "Coming together to count more in Italy and in Europe I believe is fundamental and I am convinced that we will count more and more. So Salvini expressed himself, during a meeting in Verona to take stock with the leaders of the League on the upcoming administrative. "In the middle of next week - he concludes - it is my intention to try to bring together all the forces of the center-right around a table to talk about this which I consider an opportunity. A federation, with equal dignity for all the protagonists and with the goal to strengthen Draghi's work ".



"Courage Italy? Our voters are calling for consistency "

The mayor of Venice Luigi Brugnaro, the leader of the Lega Matteo Salvini does not use half measures on the newly formed political group "Courage Italy" which among others take the field. "Also in this case everyone can do what they want - he says - but the people at the cnt-right ask for unity and compactness".  



On the creation of the federation, Salvini reiterated: "Everyone maintains his identity, his values ​​but we put together the energies of groups, battles and ministers, we will all count more". Among other things, the new single group formed even only by Lega and Forza Italia would conquer the primacy in Parliament, surpassing even the 5Stelle having 96 parliamentarians in the Senate (M5s 75), 210 parliamentarians in the Chamber (M5s 162). An enormous weight that would also be felt within the Executive as the majority shareholder of the Draghi government.
