Mystery guest

"Bingo is an ice cream that I tasted for the first time in New Mexico, at a friend's house," recalls Charlélie Couture.

"It's pretty easy to do and it works every time. You make a scoop of vanilla ice cream on which we pour a teaspoon of olive oil. Then, we add a few pinches of coarse salt on top. and, as a finishing touch, soluble coffee. "

And if you want to serve a refined dessert, the artist recommends adding a "tuft of whipped cream".

Surprising accords which nevertheless fill the taste buds of Charlélie Couture's children with joy.
