It was due to SVT's review of several different garden companies, which six brothers from Malmö are behind, that the municipalities made the decisions.

The reasons are that Lomma garden won procurements with documents that are not genuine.

These include forged diplomas, fictitious CVs and false signatures.

The municipality of Trelleborg has now reported the company to the police.

- Trelleborg municipality has filed it as a case to the police.

It is about the signature on the agreement, and the diplomas, says Kristoffer Tonning, head of department at Trelleborg municipality.

However, the municipality of Trelleborg has not terminated the agreement with the company.

Terminated the agreement

However, the municipality of Helsingborg has terminated its agreement with the company.

According to Olof Carlius, property manager at Helsingborg Municipality, the company should never have been considered for a contract.

- We have checked the information we received and come to the conclusion that the CV and references are not correct and that there is reason to terminate the agreement, says Olof Carlius, property manager at the city of Helsingborg.

Agreement also terminated with Svedalahem

The agreement between the brothers' companies Bosab and Svedalahem has also been terminated.

But in that case, it was the brothers themselves who terminated the agreement with Svedalahem on the grounds that Svedalahem did not pay two invoices.

According to Svedalahem, these are two invoices where the brothers' company Bosab wanted to pay for snow removal on more occasions than was actually carried out.

SVT Nyheter Skåne has asked the brothers and the companies for a comment.
