A local resident in Harbin, north China's Heilongjiang Province, captured a video of the typhoon that hit it last Tuesday, with waves from the ground to the sky and swirling debris around it.

The hurricane appeared as if it was digging into the ground, causing property losses to the people of the villages it passed through.
The local authorities announced the death of one person and the injury of 16 others, and dozens were evacuated from their homes to save them.
