The body of an old man in his 70s who died of loneliness in Spain was found, shocking many people, including the police.

On the 28th of last month in local time, Spanish media El Mundo and other foreign media reported on Clara Ines Tobon, who died living alone in an apartment in Madrid.

Tobon, who had lived alone in an apartment for a long time, was the only family with seven cats.

Mr. Tobon has a special love for cats, and he usually goes out every day to give food to stray cats, but his neighbors have testified that he has not been seen since rumors circulated that he was unwell last year.

As the period grew longer, neighbors went to their homes and made phone calls, but there was no answer.

Neighbors said, "If it was normal, I would have reported it right away, but I only thought that I was getting treatment at a nearby hospital because of Corona."

Then, the stench from Mr. Tobon's house became so severe that the neighbors called the police.

A neighbor who lives on the same floor as Mr. Tobon said, "My grandmother had a lot of cats and it smelled, but the stench that started coming out of the house was different from the usual smell."

As soon as the police arrived at the apartment, the police had a gut feeling that someone had died, but after entering the house, they also encountered an unexpected sight.

The cats who lived with the grandmother ate some of the grandmother's body as food.

According to the police, the upper body of the body was said to have not been intact.

Five of the seven cats were dead, and two were found in critical condition on the verge of starvation and taken to an animal shelter.

Tobon was estimated to have been dead for at least three months at the time of discovery.
