Embassy checks reports on the deaths of three Russians in the explosion in the Central African Republic

Earlier, local radio Radio Ndeke Luka reported that two police cars were blown up by a mine at dawn on May 28 in the village of Bandiba in the northwestern CAR.

As specified, the explosion killed three Russians, as well as two CAR police officers.

Five more people were injured.
