Police and an ambulance were called at 6 pm on Sunday evening to a home in Trelleborg after an alarm about a riot.
An injured person was found there and was taken to hospital and it is still unclear how badly injured the person is.
In connection with the incident, a man could be arrested who is now suspected of attempted murder.
The address is blocked and the police will conduct a technical investigation during the evening.
