The Acting Head of Acute and Chronic Diseases Unit at the Dubai Health Authority, Dr. Aisha Sultan Al Olama, said that smoking cessation clinics in the emirate receive about 400 patients annually, of different ages, who are subject to treatment programs and plans, adding that the smoking cessation rate reached 14 last year. %.
