His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, today issued a decision to form the "Higher Committee for Urban Planning in the Emirate of Dubai" headed by Mattar Al Tayer, and it will assume the overall supervision of the urban planning sector, including the Dubai Urban Plan 2040.
