Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that there were no changes in the procedure for issuing passports by Russian diplomatic missions to Russians living abroad in connection with the entry into force of the new regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
