According to the latest report from Public Health France, the number of hospitalizations due to Covid-19 continued to drop on Friday with now 17,272 patients treated.

Just over 3,100 patients are still in critical care units.

More than 100 people have still lost their lives in the past 24 hours.

The number of hospitalized Covid-19 patients continued to decrease on Friday with more than 17,200 people hospitalized, including 3,104 in critical care, according to data from Public Health France.

French hospitals currently accommodate 17,272 Covid patients (against 17,941 the day before), including 539 admitted in the last 24 hours.

Critical care services, where the most seriously affected Covid-19 patients are treated, recorded 3,104 patients, including 155 new admissions (127 the previous day).

105 deaths in hospital in 24 hours

In the past 24 hours, 105 patients have died in hospital.

Regarding vaccination, which will be open to any adult from Monday, 24,992,823 people received an injection (37.3% of the total population and 47.6% of the adult population) and 10,578,349 people two injections (or 15.8% of the total population and 20.1% of the adult population), according to the Ministry of Health.
