Many people are curious about the story of a woman who paid for a birthday cake that someone else had booked.

On the 22nd local time, American Fox News and other foreign media introduced a meaningful cake received by Carolyn Mick from Indianapolis, USA.

On her 50th birthday, Mick went to find the cake she had reserved and received an unexpected gift.

When Mick tried to pay for the cake, the employee handed me a note saying, "Someone has already paid for it."

The note contained a heartfelt writing by a woman who identified herself as'Tyler's mother'.

"Today is my son's 35th birthday. It's also his 5th birthday in Heaven. I missed my son and paid for your cake. Enjoy it, make special memories. And hug your kids and loved ones." My son loved the cake too!"

Mick, who was impressed by the heartfelt story and gift the woman gave, shared the story with the local community, saying, "I cried with my husband while looking at the note. She reminded me of what really matters to my couple."

Residents also left warm comments such as "I am very happy that this has happened in my area," "We are all honoring Tyler" and "A fantastic way to remember someone."

According to local media, Tyler died suddenly at a young age after completing residency at an Indianapolis hospital five years ago.

Since then, the family has held a special event for every birthday of Tyler, and last year, her mother and sister made a surgical mask by hand and delivered it to a local medical center.

Mr. Tyler's mother said, "My family misses my son every day. Before, I thought we were doing very trivial things, but I thought that many residents saw this, so the day became much happier."

Mick also said, "My mother died a while ago, and while I was thinking about how to commemorate my mother's birthday, the note that Tyler gave me became an idea."
