The value of the loot is estimated at around 2 million euros.

A first suspect, originally from Nantes, was arrested at a motorway toll near Amiens (Somme) with the support of the Raid.

Twenty kilograms of heroin were concealed under the seats of the vehicle.

This arrest was followed by several targeted interventions in Nantes, in the Dervallières and Bellevue districts.

This time around forty kilos were found in bags.

Weapons and several tens of thousands of euros in cash were also recovered.

A total of seven people were taken into police custody as part of this vast trafficking.
