Applications will be accepted until November 1.
Payments will start in August.
Earlier, the State Duma adopted amendments on new measures of targeted support for families with children.
On April 21, during a message to the Federal Assembly, Putin offered to pay families with schoolchildren and future first graders 10 thousand rubles per child at a time.
According to preliminary estimates of the Ministry of Labor, more than 17 million families with school-age children will be able to apply for this payment.
