A criminal broke into the supermarket, threatened the 37-year-old Chinese shopkeeper and a 28-year-old female employee with a gun, and took away about 5000 pesos in cash and two Apple mobile phones.
It is reported that the gangster beat the shopkeeper with a gun on the head before escaping, causing the latter to cut his scalp.
Subsequently, the gangster fled the scene.
