Who has not received their dose?

After a sluggish start, the vaccination campaign against the coronavirus in Hauts-de-France has clearly shifted into high gear.

According to the Regional Health Agency (ARS) nearly one in two adult inhabitants of the region has received at least one first injection.

It was Tuesday that the bar of 3 million vaccine injections was exceeded in Hauts-de-France.

In detail, this corresponds to more than 900,000 people "fully vaccinated", either having received two doses, or only one of a single-dose vaccine, or the only dose necessary for those who contracted the disease.

Vaccine supply doubled in June

Regarding first-time injections, the figure of 2.11 million has been exceeded, which corresponds to 37% of the total population of the region but almost 50% of adults.

Vaccination coverage even climbs to 73% among Hauts-de-France residents aged 80 and over.

While the vaccination appointments for the end of May were open, this Thursday, to all French people over 18 without comorbidity, the ARS announces the doubling of the supply of doses for the month of June in the centers vaccination in the region.

Nearly two million doses, not counting those ordered by town doctors and pharmacists, around 60,000.
