According to him, the Netherlands considers the situation with the tax agreement "undesirable".
Reus also said that the Russian side has established "strict requirements" for the provision of benefits under the tax treaty.
He believes that this will have negative consequences for many Dutch companies.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law denouncing an agreement between the Russian government and the Dutch government to avoid double taxation and prevent tax evasion with respect to taxes on income and property.
