The press service of the court informs about it.

The court ruled that there were no grounds for the arrest of the dispatcher Pavel Plyusnin.

"The court concluded that the evidence collected so far in the materials of the preparatory proceedings is insufficient to recognize the high probability of the alleged action by the suspect Pavel P., characterized by possible intent," the TASS report is quoted as saying.

At the same time, the meetings on the cases of the remaining two dispatchers have been postponed indefinitely.

On September 16, the Polish prosecutor's office demanded the arrest of three air traffic controllers who worked at the Smolensk-Severny airfield on the day of the crash of the Tu-154 of Polish President Lech Kaczynski.

Russia harshly condemned this decision, the Foreign Ministry ruled out the possibility of extraditing Russian air traffic controllers to Poland.

Kaczynski's plane crashed in 2010 while landing at Smolensk-Severny airport, killing 96 members of the Polish delegation.
