“The government has decided to prohibit Belarusian airlines or planes departing from the country from landing in Estonia, taking off from here or flying over Estonian airspace,” the press service of the Estonian government said.

Earlier, Prime Minister Kaya Kallas said that the Belarusian state airline Belavia would be prohibited from landing in Estonia.

Also, the leaders of the EU countries decided to ban Belarusian airlines from using the airspace of European countries after the incident with the Ryanair aircraft, which urgently landed at the Minsk airport on May 23.
