An investigation opened after the death of a homeless man in Perpignan

A man, homeless, was found dead, Wednesday morning, in Perpignan (Pyrénées-Orientales), in a hut, on a vacant lot.

It is a walker who warned the emergency services.

The causes of the death of this man, aged 40, are currently unknown.

An investigation to try to determine the causes of his death has been opened, learned this Thursday morning

from Jean-David Cavaillé, the public prosecutor of Perpignan.

An autopsy will be performed in the next few hours.
