After the Korea-U.S. summit, South Korea’s National Affairs Director Park Ji-won started his visit to the U.S

Korean media reported on the 27th that Park Ji-won, the director of the National Intelligence Service of South Korea, arrived at the Kennedy International Airport in New York on the 26th local time to start his visit to the United States. This is only 5 days after the South Korea-US summit.

　　According to reports, in the summit meeting between South Korea and the United States last week, they reached agreement on respecting the 2018 Panmunjom Declaration and the North Korea-US Singapore Joint Statement and continuing dialogue with North Korea.

　　The report pointed out that Park Ji-won's behavior was a private trip.

Some analysts believe that the US National Intelligence Director Haynes had visited Panmunjom on the border between South Korea and North Korea, so the intelligence agency may play the role of dialogue window.

　　According to reports, after a brief stay in New York, Park Ji-won will travel to Washington to meet with relevant personnel from the US intelligence agency.
