While an administrator in a public school, who preferred not to be named, confirmed that the families of students demanded finding techniques that enhance the basic skills of students in more effective methods than those followed, especially since some of them lack the skill to teach their children basic skills, which affects their educational level.

A private school administrator, Aisha Muhammad, stated that “the demands of students’ families were dealt with by allocating reinforcement classes for students individually by an assistant teacher, as she communicates with students daily and trains them in basic skills, ”noting that the school has given students a choice, since The second semester, to choose the appropriate educational system for their children, whether the "hybrid" or "remote" system.
