The police intervened on Sunday around 4 a.m. to put an end to a clandestine evening in the 15th arrondissement of Marseille, announced the Bouches-du-Rhône police headquarters.
The 120 people present on site were fined for non-compliance with the curfew.
The manager of the establishment, for his part, was in police custody for endangering the lives of others and concealed work.
Shisha equipment was also seized as part of this intervention.
