Free parking for visitors of vaccination centers in Dubai

The Roads and Transport Authority announced the provision of free parking for visitors to vaccination centers in the Emirate of Dubai, by reserving 50 parking spaces for each of the current vaccination centers without charge, in addition to any future centers, as part of the authority's keenness to support the efforts of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai On encouraging individuals to get vaccinated and making them aware of the importance of vaccination, which will positively affect the fight against the pandemic and accelerate the return to normal life.

Free parking is available near Hor Al Anz Health Center, Al Barsha Medical Care Center, Al Qusais Health Center, and the Grand Hyatt tent, during the official working hours of the vaccination centers, and the initiative continues until the vaccination of all Dubai residents eligible to take vaccines is completed, confirming that during the collective work in cooperation with All stakeholders contribute to achieving Dubai's vision of being one of the happiest cities in the world. The authority took the initiative to place instructional panels near the free parking lots at the vaccination centers, to facilitate the visitors' access to the vaccination centers.  

Public transportation is necessary to provide a means of transportation for the employees of the main services in the city, such as health services, emergency services, catering and foodstuffs, logistical support and delivery, as the authority, as part of its efforts to confront the Covid-19 crisis, provided free bus service during the hours of national sterilization for 13 bus lines working on it. 74 buses, as these lines served 19 governmental and private hospitals, as well as providing 1000 taxis for emergency trips during the hours of national sterilization with a 50% reduction in tariffs, in addition to providing 120 drivers to support the medical sector.

The authority used buses and taxis to transport more than 10,000 medical personnel, volunteers, contacts and recovered people, and provides logistical support to the first line of defense teams by providing the unified control center as an integrated crisis management building while employing artificial intelligence and big data technologies to support decision-making processes.

The authority has signed agreements with more than 10 electronic shopping and delivery companies such as Aramex and Emirates Post, and associations and shopping centers such as Union Coop, Carrefour and Lulu, to use taxis to deliver customers' orders that are purchased electronically to their homes in a safe and untouched manner.

It is worth noting that the Emirate of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai in particular are among the most vaccinated cities in the world due to its promotional initiatives by the concerned authorities, and it is also considered one of the fastest cities in the world in terms of its return to normal life with all precautionary measures taken.
