Every day, people stand in long queues at customer centers because they do not succeed in switching to the new ticket system without any problems.

People testify to a lot of problems

On JLT's Facebook page, there are many comments where people describe various error codes and other problems that arise when they have to move their old tickets to the new system.

Another user writes: "Congratulations on the deterioration ... If you have travel money today, it does not work the same with the new system.

Not all people can fix apps and cards ... shit system I must say ”.

Some also experience insufficient help when contacting county traffic customer service by telephone.

It is very difficult to buy a season ticket in the app.

JLT responds to the criticism

On April 26, Jönköping County Transport launched a new ticket system, now there is one week left until the old system is shut down.

The last day to travel with the old mobile app is 31 May.

- We had an old system that has been around for ten years and is stopping development at the supplier.

Nor can it be adapted to the new requirements that exist and that come to public transport.

It was the end of the contract period and it was time to make a new procurement, we did it with our neighboring counties, says Petra Sundell, marketing manager at JLT.
