During the night from Saturday to Sunday, a collision between two cars took place on the Toulouse inner ring road near Lespinet.
A 50-year-old woman died on arrival at the hospital, a second, in her fifties, is in relative urgency, reports La Dépêche.
When the police arrived at the scene, a rental car involved in the collision was there but its occupants had fled.
An investigation has been opened and four people are wanted at this time.
An individual was arrested and taken into custody this Sunday.
