Police, rescue services and an ambulance were alerted to the accident site just before 4 pm on Tuesday.
The girl, who is between 10-14 years old, was taken by ambulance to hospital.
According to Region Skåne, the girl is being cared for for life-threatening injuries.

It will be investigated now, says police spokesman Rickard Lundqvist, to SVT Nyheter Helsingborg at 5 pm on Tuesday.
