On May 18, local time, North Carolina, the United States, for the first time announced the four scenes of the police law enforcement recorder that shot and killed the African-American Brown.

The district attorney stated that Brown had a history of assault, resisting arrest and other crimes, and that when the police executed his arrest warrant, he drove to the police twice before triggering the shooting.

Brown's lawyer previously claimed that the police fired the gun first before causing Brown to drive away.

But the prosecutor said that all police actions are out of duty and are supported by law.

On April 21, local time, 42-year-old Andrew Brown was shot and killed by police in Elizabeth.

Seven police officers at the scene were investigated, and three others resigned, but they had nothing to do with the shooting incident by the police.
