Muhammad al-Hadidi embraces his baby, Omar, as he lies on a bed in a hospital in Gaza City, crying for his wife and four children, who were martyred under the rubble of a house destroyed by violent Israeli bombardment, and he says, "I have nothing left but you in the world."

Paramedics pulled the 5-month-old baby from the arms of his mother Maha Abu Hatab, 36, who was killed under the rubble of the house in the same way as her children Sohaib (13 years), Yahya (11 years), Abdul Rahman (8 years), and Osama (6 years) in The air strikes that targeted her brother's house, which she was visiting on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

The grieving father keeps his tears as he looks at his child, and says of his loved ones, "They went to our Lord, we do not want to stay here (alive), we will follow them you and I, Lord as long as we are.

The 37-year-old recounted, "My children put on Eid clothes, took their toys and went to their uncle's house," and continues, "They called me at night to ask permission to stay overnight there, so I agreed."

After the violent bombing of the house in the alleys of the Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza, with 8 missiles, the father received a call from one of his neighbors informing him that the bombing targeted the house of his wife's brother.

And he went quickly to the house, but found it turned into a rubble, and said, "I saw the ambulances remove the bodies from under the rubble."

He concluded that his son Omar Muhammad Al-Hadidi is "a living martyr who came out alive from under the rubble. This is what we have left of the family members ... Praise be to God."

International prosecution

The grieving father is waiting for his baby, who suffered 3 fractures in his right leg and wounds to his face, to leave the hospital.

A video clip spread on social networking sites of the father embracing the infant after he was surprised that he had survived.

And he continues, while touching his child's face, "all my children did not breastfeed except the natural milk from their mother, except Umar refused to breastfeed from his mother, as if God is preparing something for us that we do not know," in an implicit reference to the airstrike.

Al-Hadidi wipes his tears and says, "I will make sure to take care of him and raise him myself when we go home."

"Israel targets safe children in their homes," he adds angrily. "What did these people do to directly bomb them without warning to evacuate the house?"

The bereaved father will file a case against Israel before the International Criminal Court, according to him, as he added, "I have the right to pursue the occupation internationally."

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said that at least 13 Palestinian families were removed from the Palestinian civil registry after they were targeted in the Israeli bombing.

The Al-Mezan Center for Human Rights stated - in a statement - that Israel targeted "81 buildings, including 6 towers. The total number of destroyed housing units is 341, and the number is expected to rise because many of the buildings are completely destroyed, and the Center's researchers were unable to quantify the number of housing units."

Since May 10, more than 200 Palestinians have been killed, including at least 58 children, and more than 1,300 others have been wounded.

And live in the Gaza Strip, which Israel has imposed a strict siege on for 14 years (2007), about two million people, nearly two-thirds of whom are refugees.

Since that time, the Israeli occupation has launched 3 devastating wars on the Gaza Strip in 2008, 2012 and 2014.
