  At 8 o'clock on May 17, the Tianwen No. 1 orbiter has implemented the fourth near-fire brake and successfully entered the 8.2-hour relay communication orbit.

At this stage, the main job of the orbiter is to act as a "messenger" between the earth and Mars, and to carry out "earth-fire transmission".

  At present, the "Zhurong" Mars rover is carrying out surrounding environment perception and state inspection as planned, and all systems are working normally.

On the 17th, the "Zhurong" Mars rover and the Tianwen-1 orbiter have established a communication link between them, and it is the first time that the rover telemetry data is sent back through the orbiter.
