Putin posthumously awarded the Ambassadors to the UAE and Zambia with Orders of Courage

The corresponding decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

“For courage, dedication and high professionalism displayed in the performance of their official duty, to award the Order of Courage to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Zambia, Alexander Vilovich Boldyrev (posthumously) and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sergey Nikolaevich Kuznetsov (posthumously), ”the text says.

In January, it was reported that the Russian ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Sergei Kuznetsov, had died at the age of 67. 

Also in January it became known that the Russian ambassador to Zambia, Alexander Boldyrev, had died.
