The UAE government organized a series of virtual training workshops to build the capacity of employees in the governments of the Republic of Colombia and the Republic of Costa Rica, in the areas of measuring service quality and customer satisfaction levels, in which 200 employees participated, and they were organized within the framework of the strategic partnership in government modernization between the UAE and the two friendly countries.

The strategic partnership agreements in government modernization between the UAE, Colombia and Costa Rica aim to enhance the exchange of experiences, share successful Emirati government experiences in the fields of government work, qualify government cadres and leaders, create new business models to develop performance indicators, and enhance the competitiveness of these countries by taking advantage of the UAE's successful experience in Government work.

Yasser Al-Naqbi, Assistant Director-General for Government Leadership and Capacity in the Cabinet Office at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, affirmed that the UAE government adopts strengthening cooperation with governments in brotherly and friendly countries, and sharing its successful experiences and experiences to create new business models and solutions that contribute to supporting and empowering governments. From improving performance levels, raising the efficiency of services, and building better autonomous for future generations.

He said that the virtual workshops focused on enhancing the capabilities of government employees in Colombia and Costa Rica in measuring the quality of services and customer satisfaction, by making use of the UAE experience, in a way that contributes to the development of government work, and improves the level of performance and the quality of services provided to customers.
