According to Boel Godner, many Södertälje residents have contacted her with questions as it has been difficult to get time for vaccines in the municipality.
- I have been in contact with the regional management and the answer I get from them is that it is underway but there are no dates, says Boel Godner (S), chairman of the municipal board.
Responds to criticism
Anna Starbrink (L), Health and Regional Health Council, responds to the criticism and says:
- Vaccination coverage follows segregation, and Södertälje is an area that is very segregated and it is of course a long-term responsibility for the municipality to reduce.
But here and now, the region and the municipality must work together, she says.
