1. Those who have made an online appointment for handling passports

  Applicants who have made an appointment for the visa application date on or after May 17 through the "Overseas Passport Application Online Appointment" platform can apply at the original appointment time.

  Applicants who have made an appointment for visa application date from March 29 to May 14 through the "Overseas Passport Application Online Appointment" platform, but have not yet done so due to the impact of the Philippine community quarantine policy, please apply according to the specified date and the original appointment time.

 2. In June, the number of passport appointments will be released

  On the basis of prioritizing the existing backlog of applications, in order to fully meet the needs of compatriots in the Philippines, the embassy will publish the number of appointments for passports in June on the "Online Appointment for Passport Application" platform, which will be released at 10 am on May 25th. Half-month quota, the quota for the second half of June will be released at 10 am on June 10th. Overseas Chinese who need to apply for a permit, please log in to the system to make an appointment at that time.

Three, travel permit processing

  Please use the link below or scan the QR code to fill in the "Registration for Travel Permit Application for Chinese Citizens in the Philippines" questionnaire to make an appointment.

Please be sure to complete the appointment registration questionnaire and provide true and accurate information. The embassy will arrange appointments in batches according to the order, urgency and information verification of the applicant's appointment registration, and notify them via SMS.

  4. Notarization and certification

  The applicant is requested to explain the specific situation, and send the documents to be notarized and certified and related supporting documents to the embassy's mailbox chinaembassy.ph@gmail.com. The embassy will provide pre-examination services for materials, and arrange a time for processing that meets the requirements after the examination.

 5. Emergency card application and consultation

  If you need to apply for a permit urgently due to humanitarian reasons, and at the same time cannot make an appointment to a suitable date for the permit, please contact the embassy by e-mail, explain the specific situation and provide corresponding certification, the embassy will make special arrangements as appropriate.
