The Ministry of Health also pointed out that the program is not for use by foreigners.

  Although foreigners living in Thailand cannot make appointments for vaccination through "Doctor Ready", Natapanu said that when the prefectures officially start to implement vaccination services with "no appointment in advance", foreigners can go directly without registering in advance.   Natapanu emphasized that as long as sufficient vaccines are prepared in any government, the vaccination service "without advance appointment" can be started immediately.
