There are approximately 9,200 people who are part of the Sámediggi's voting list and who have the right to vote in the Sámediggi election.

On election day, May 16, voters had the opportunity to vote at 24 different polling stations around the country.

In the last election in 2017,

 1964 people voted in the polls.

Jokkmokk then had the most people who voted, 274 people.

In Kiruna, 271 people voted.

This year, Jokkmokk again had the largest number of voters in the polling station, with 266, while Kiruna had 216 voters.

Letter votes can still reach the County Administrative Board in Luleå, on Friday 2,597 letter votes had been received.

In a week, on 24 May, the County Administrative Board of Norrbotten County will start the counting of all votes, both from polling stations and those sent by post.
