May 16, 2021Rafa Nadal wins the Rome Internationals for the tenth time.

The Spanish tennis player, third in the ranking, overtook the Serbian Novak Djokovic, number one in the ATP ranking, in three sets, with a score of 7-5 1-6 6-3 in two hours and 50 minutes of play.



Nadal won his first clay court title at the Foro Italico sixteen years ago.



It was the 29th Atp final between the two with a balance of 16 victories for Nole and 13 for Rafa which equals the 36 Masters 1000 won in career by Djokovic.
