School principals affirmed the commitment of members of the academic bodies (administrative, teaching and technical) in their schools to work hours, yesterday, after canceling the exceptions that were previously granted to some workers in the school, pointing out that teachers are committed to completing study plans and completing the curricula for the third semester, according to the directives of the Emirates Education Foundation School, in preparation for the exams at the end of the current school year.

All students from the first kindergartens until the 12th grade resumed their school hours yesterday, after the end of the blessed Eid al-Fitr vacation, and members of the administrative, teaching and technical bodies committed themselves to attend school, in implementation of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources decision, issued recently, in coordination with the General Secretariat of the Council Ministers and the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, which canceled all previous exceptions granted to employees, including working remotely due to emergency conditions and response to the "Covid-19" pandemic, and the decision remains on the continued exception of female employees who follow their children with the distance learning system, until the end of the school year Ongoing.

The Foundation directed the necessity for teachers to adhere to the study plan that was implemented before the month of Ramadan, which included 45 minutes of class time.

The director of a government school explained to "Emirates Today" that the percentage of students attending his school in the "distance education" system reached 100% on the first day after the leave, attributing the students' commitment to attending two things, one of which is that the student is receiving his education virtually while he is at home, and their parents follow Their commitment to attend classes, and the second is near the date of the end-of-year exams, so students are keen to follow up on the lessons so that they do not lose the explanation of one of the lessons, especially since the remaining period does not allow the explanation again.

On the other hand, the directors of private schools indicated a variation in the attendance rates of students who chose the realistic “school” education system, as the rates ranged between 70 and 80%, while students who chose the distance education system were obligated to attend.

A private school in Sharjah decided to conduct exams yesterday, for its students, to ensure their attendance and follow-up school hours, so that teachers could finish teaching courses for the third semester.

Governmental school administrations called on their teachers to complete the curriculum no later than the third of next June, stressing the necessity of completing the formative examinations and processing their grades for monitoring when the student’s grading system “Al Manhal” was opened, and the grading lists raised.

School administrations asked their teachers to complete the calculation of grades for all assignments, projects, tests and assignments before the end of this month, and to finish monitoring grades and classroom visits to teachers before the end of the same month, in addition to completing classroom visits to teachers, updating teachers ’data on“ Al Manhal ”, and uploading Transfer requests for special education to assess cases of students of determination.

The Emirates Foundation for School Education has set the date for the start of the end-of-year examinations for students in grades four to 12, on the eighth to the 17th of next June, after the Foundation has taken measures to ensure that students sit for the exams, placing their safety at the top of its priorities.
