Emirates Education sets out a number of procedures for grade 12 exams inside schools

The Emirates Foundation for School Education "Taaleem" stated that 12th grade students in Abu Dhabi schools are required to undergo a "Covid-19" examination upon their return to schools to take the end of the current school year examinations, while adhering to the approved preventive and precautionary measures, while adherence to these measures is required from Before twelfth grade students in the rest of the other emirates of the country (Dubai and Northern Emirates).

In its recently issued exam preparation guide, the Foundation allows citizen students and those of similar status who are outside the country to sit for postponed exams.

The Foundation set a number of procedures during the exam period, including the need to communicate directly with the school via the hotline and inform its administration of any technical failure that occurs during the period of the student's performance of his examinations remotely, address the school and submit an approved medical report on the condition of the student suffering from a chronic disease, in order to clarify the mechanism. Dealing with the student’s illness, as well as addressing the school administration in the event that the student is exposed to a sudden health problem on the morning of the exam, in order to study his case until the medical report on the case is obtained.

Students at all levels of education in public and private schools that apply the ministerial curriculum and foreign curricula will resume studying the third and final semester of the current academic year 2020-2021 on Sunday, May 16, after completing the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

The school administrations in the various emirates of the country are focusing on completing the curricula for the third semester before the end of the current month of May, for students of grades 4-12, as it is scheduled to conduct experimental tests in the period between May 23-27 for students in grades 4- 12 This is to ensure that everything related to the examination process is ready and to solve any problems that may cause confusion for students while they sit for the exams on the scheduled dates, and this includes the technical aspects related to the performance of the examinations electronically and the psychological preparation of students and preparing them to take the actual exams.

At a time when the end-of-school year-end exams 2020-2021 for students in grades 4 to 12 begin on June 8 and continue until the 17th of the same month, after the Foundation has taken all measures to ensure students take the exams, placing their safety at the top of its priorities.

According to the Emirates Education Foundation "Taaleem", students of grades 1-3 are exempt from final exams, as they are evaluated according to their performance in formative evaluation by the teacher during the third semester in the subjects of group "A".

The Foundation previously obliged all teachers and workers in public schools at the state level to conduct a new Corona examination (Covid 19) before the start of work and submit the results weekly, and everyone must conduct a corona examination every seven days, and the Foundation works in cooperation with the relevant authorities in the country to prepare procedures and protocols for the examinations, including Ensures the safety of students and staff in the educational field, and achieves the highest standards of compliance with health protocols followed in schools.
