May 16, 2021 "We are for the defense and dignity of everyone, of any man or woman, we must always defend the rights of the person. Never approve". This was stated by the President of the CEI, Cardinal Gualtiero Bassetti, speaking of the Zan bill in his homily during the mass for information workers.
The law to combat homotransphobia "should be more correct than drowned" explains the Cardinal on the sidelines of the mass dedicated to the world of communication. "I think that the law could be made better because the law should be clear in all its aspects without implications. I only ask for clarity", observed the cardinal.
