Verl (dpa / lsw) - SV Waldhof Mannheim gets going again in the final spurt of the 3rd soccer league.
On Saturday the Waldhöfer won 1-0 (1-0) at SC Verl and celebrated their third victory in a row.
With the success, the blue and black climbed to eighth place in the table and have the chance to end the season on a single-digit table.
The losers set the tone in the first half, but Waldhof goalkeeper Jan-Christoph Bartels was there when the Ostwestfalen had opportunities.
The Mannheimers only got better into the game after the break and through Joseph Boyamba in the 66th minute to 1-0.
In the final phase, Bartels recorded the narrow success with two strong saves.
