Berlin (dpa) - Werder Bremen has received the next setback in the relegation battle of the Bundesliga, FC Augsburg, Hertha BSC and FSV Mainz 05 are saved.

Augsburg decided the basement duel against Werder Bremen 2-0 (0-0) on the 33rd match day, Hertha BSC achieved a 0-0 win against 1. FC Köln.

The Rhinelander as 17th with 30 points have to tremble before the 34th matchday in the Bundesliga as well as the 16th Bremen (31) and the 15th Arminia Bielefeld.

The East Westphalia did not get beyond a 1: 1 (1: 1) against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.

Bayer Leverkusen have secured the Europa League participation in sixth place after a 1-1 (1-0) against Union Berlin.
