Unterhaching (dpa / mv) - Hansa Rostock has come another good step closer to promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga.

The team of coach Jens Härtel on Saturday to a 1: 0 (1: 0) at the already determined relegated SpVgg Unterhaching and took over the table lead in the 3rd division of Dynamo Dresden, which receives on Sunday Türkgücü Munich.

Philip Türpitz (25th minute) scored the decisive goal for the Mecklenburgers, who have already secured third place before the last matchday.

With the exception of Jan Löhmannsröben, who had been banned from yellow, the Hanseatics were the clearly dominant representatives from the start and could have taken the lead early.

After just four minutes, a shot from 16 meters from right wing Nik Omladic just missed the right post.

Türpitz aimed better and rewarded the strong Rostock initial phase.

The left winger withdrew from the edge of the penalty area on the basis of center forward John Verhoek and hit the lower right corner for Haching keeper Jo Coppens.

However, Haching showed reaction and tried to equalize, but without seriously endangering the secure Rostock defense around goalkeeper Markus Kolke.

In the second section, however, there was next to nothing going forward for the Mecklenburgers.

So the tenth away win of the season was by no means guaranteed until the end.
