As the fire brigade announced, the four people initially drifted in the water after the accident.
Two of them were able to save themselves on the bank, slightly injured.
The other two capsized were rescued by a lifeboat from a passing container ship - they were uninjured.
The water police are now investigating the cause of the accident.
